RETURNS Please email us at info@smartiepantskids.ca. Please include details as to the reason for return. A restocking fee may be applied on certain orders. Some conditions apply.
DAMAGES Shortages or damaged merchandise must be reported within 7 days of your shipment being received. Goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier immediately. Save all original shipping cartons packing material and damaged items until they have been inspected or your claim has been settled.
