I think that you are blessing families with your service, and they wouldn't be able to survive without you. There is nothing more comforting than knowing that your child is well cared for and nutured/stimulated when away from your care. I think you will always be in high demand, even if the turnover rate is higher. By the way, I enjoy reading your blog, and pop by occasionally to see what's new. You inspire me! I love your craft ideas and activities. I am guessing there'll be a lot of 'olympics' starting in home daycares very soon... I know you posted about that once before. :-) Enjoy!!
